Dr. Joyce Wade-Hamme was born and raised in Starkville, Mississippi. She earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed her residency and fellowship at The Ohio State University. With over 20 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Wade is board certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, sleep medicine, and wound care.
In 2015, she established Tri-County Pulmonary and Sleep Clinic where she serves individual needs of her patients. Dr. Wade is married with four daughters and enjoys playing piano, doing yardwork, and watching court shows in her spare time. A devoted Christian, she works in the spirit of putting the needs of others above her own.
Shannon Flood was born in Rolling Fork, Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor of Science at the University for Women in Columbus, MS and her Master of Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
She has one year of experience and is nationally certified as an FNP (family nurse practitioner) with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a parent to an 11-year-old son and enjoys traveling, taking on new adventures, and spending time with family and friends.
Shelly Bilbro was born and raised in Cecilia, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Alcorn State University and has worked for 10 plus years as a registered nurse in neurology/neurosurgery and physical medicine/rehabilitation.
Her determination led her to obtain a Master of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. Shelly has since continued her career as a nurse practitioner working at Tri-County Pulmonary and Sleep Clinic. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Ashley Gullette-Torres is from Pearl, Mississippi and holds two bachelor’s degrees—one in interdisciplinary studies from Mississippi State University and the other in nursing from Mississippi University for Women. She later earned her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Mississippi Medical Center where she graduated with honors. Ashley is a family nurse practitioner certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In addition to having 12 years of inpatient nursing experience, Ashley is part of the Sigma Tau Theta Nursing Honors Society and a Daisy Award nominee. Outside of her career, Ashley is a wife and mother to two children. Her hobbies include attending her children’s many sporting events, traveling with her family, enjoying live music with her husband, and running.
Aleshia Ford was born in Jackson, Mississippi and raised in Pickens, Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Mississippi College and her Master of Science degree in nursing at William Carey University. She later obtained her certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Purdue Global University and a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Samford University. Overall, Aleshia has 18 years of experience in nursing, including seven years as a nurse practitioner. She actively participates in her community as a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, a former member of Black Nurses Rock, and a volunteer at the “Piece of Mind Foundation” focusing on local domestic violence. Aleshia is married with a blended family of seven children. In her spare time, she enjoys watching Matlock, Heat of the Night, and Good Times, as well as reading books about the history of the church and the Bible. In addition to those activities, she loves traveling abroad.
