Dr. Joyce Wade-Hamme

Pulmonologist

Dr. Joyce Wade-Hamme was born and raised in Starkville, Mississippi. She earned her medical degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center and completed her residency and fellowship at The Ohio State University. With over 20 years of experience in medicine, Dr. Wade is board certified in pulmonary medicine, critical care medicine, sleep medicine, and wound care.

In 2015, she established Tri-County Pulmonary and Sleep Clinic where she serves individual needs of her patients. Dr. Wade is married with four daughters and enjoys playing piano, doing yardwork, and watching court shows in her spare time. A devoted Christian, she works in the spirit of putting the needs of others above her own.

Shannon Flood

Nurse Practitioner (RN, MSN, FNP-C)

Shannon Flood was born in Rolling Fork, Mississippi. She earned her Bachelor of Science at the University for Women in Columbus, MS and her Master of Science from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

She has one year of experience and is nationally certified as an FNP (family nurse practitioner) with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is a parent to an 11-year-old son and enjoys traveling, taking on new adventures, and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Pate

Nurse Practitioner (ACNPC-AG)

Jennifer Pate was born and raised in Rankin county. She received her Associate's Degree in Nursing from Meridian Community College, her Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing from William Carey University, and her Masters in Nursing from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She specializes in acute and critical care of the adult and geriatric population and has nearly 20 years of experience in those areas along with pulmonary medicine and orthopedics. She is a member of multiple honor societies and was recently ranked among the top five Nurse Practitioners for “Rankin’s Red Carpet Best of the Best” by Hometown Rankin Magazine.

She currently resides in her hometown of Puckett, Mississippi. She and her husband have four children and two dogs. You can find them cheering on the Puckett Wolves every Friday night and the Crimson Tide every Saturday.

Chakilia Gray-Moody

Nurse Practitioner (RN, MSN, AG-ACNP-BC)

Chakilia Gray-Moody was raised in Forest, Mississippi. After graduating high school in Forest, she attended undergraduate school at the University of Southern Mississippi. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2004 from Southern Miss and obtained her registered nursing license in 2005. She worked for several years in the Intensive/Critical Care areas in the hospitals with 10 plus years in nursing before returning to school for a master’s degree in nursing.

She obtained her master’s degree in nursing at Walden University and became board certified by ANCC with a specialty in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner. She has since continued her career in nursing as a nurse practitioner working at Tri-county Pulmonary and Sleep, where she has over a year of experience in providing a higher level of care.

Shelly Bilbro

Nurse Practitioner

Shelly Bilbro was born and raised in Cecilia, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree at Alcorn State University and has worked for 10 plus years as a registered nurse in neurology/neurosurgery and physical medicine/rehabilitation.

Her determination led her to obtain a Master of Science from the University of Southern Mississippi. Shelly has since continued her career as a nurse practitioner working at Tri-County Pulmonary and Sleep Clinic. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Walk-ins are welcomed from 7:30-8:30

Mon-Thurs: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
(Walk-Ins welcome 8am-9am on Fridays)
Sat & Sun: Closed
